Woah-si-woah from Top Shelf Cultivation

Woah-Si-Woah from Top Shelf Cultivation via Show Grow Long Beach on 4/27/2020. THC tested out to 29% THC. This typically goes for about $65-70 before tax. I have been hearing nothing but praise for Woah-Si-Woahs over the past year or so, but every time I attempted to get my hands on this strain it managed to elude me, however thanks to some help from Travis at Show Grow I was finally able to pin it down and see what’s what. These large dense nugs are mostly lime and olive green with splashes of aubergine, some short scarce brownish-orange pistils, and a lining of bird spike triches that cover every millimeter of available surface area.

The nose out of the jar hits me as rubber at first but widens out into a sweet vanilla gas. On busting open a nug, the sweet vanilla gas becomes more evident, while a pine quality emerges accompanied by a hint of mint. When breaking it down by hand a strong smell of mint and pine cling to my fingers whereas the grinds themselves have a sugar sweet mint pine fuel quality. The dry pull on the joint has a sweet mint taste that’s so vaporous it has a semi eucalyptus vibe. The inhale is smooth and has a minty rubber taste on the joint as where the bong offers more of a straight rubber eraser taste. The exhale from the joint is a vanilla pine fuel with a floral back end on the joint where the bong offers a similar experience but is notably lacking the vanilla aspect. Cross checking the flavors on my MV1 from @ghostvapesofficial at 170c I got a very rich minty pine with a floral back end. I only had enough material left to fill a single crucible but my guess is that low temp is the way to go on this one given its terpene profile. The headchange comes on quick and with a very noticeable thwap. At times, when I’d be smoking other herbs that just weren’t quite getting me on the level I was looking for, and I found myself leaning on Woah-si-woah to get the job done. It makes its way into your eyes at first, hazing them over as it works down into your body and firmly keeps you planted on the couch despite feeling fairly mentally alert. I could think well but struggled to express those thoughts verbally and to do anything other than sit, stare think really. Over time the pressure increases and if you’re not loaded up on coffee or energy drinks you’ll find yourself weed napping after about an hour. All and all, Woah-si-Whoa did not disappoint as it really is a powerful herb that packs an enjoyable day-ending wallop and while I would be on board to cop it again and make it part of my permanent headstash, the only thing stopping me is the damage it would do to my wallet. If that’s not an issue for you then I’d say go for it, you’ll have no regrets picking this one up, even if you’re budget minded and on the fence about grabbing it I’d say you should give it a shot at least once.
