Bacon Macaroni and cheese by The Mac and Cheese

So when Cali hit me up saying he wanted me to try his edible company that makes mac and cheese, I thought dang what a great idea! I was stoked to get to try it. The package needs to needs to be refrigerated until used, but I and @westcoastweedreviews can both vouch it stays good easily for a couple weeks. There are easy-to-understand directions on the underside of the lid and mine baked up fairly quickly in the oven. Overall it was very easy to make. When the bowl came out of the oven, it had a gorgeous cheese crust that ended up with a perfect cook. Under the crust were large, perfectly cooked noodles, nice size chunks of bacon, and what seemed to be a combination of cheese sauce and melted cheese bits.

I had the bacon version this round, but there are multiple options for ingredients, including lobster! When eating this, you would never guess it’s medicated. It tasted delicious, and was honestly one of the best mac and cheese dishes I’ve ever had. It was very rich and really was a whole dinner portion, or enough to share between a few lighter eaters. Given the portion size and richness, my only complaint is in regard to the strength — I think there needs to be a 500 mg option, or possibly a 1000mg option (especially if planning to share). At 200 mg, I felt a slight relaxation and slightly heavy eyes that lasted me a good couple hours. Overall, this was a delicious, gourmet-quality edible that I would love to enjoy again, especially with options for increased strength next time. Edit… found out 500mg and 1000mg available in single serve and up to 2000mg in catering platters.
